Phil is the Cluster Lead for Advanced Manufacturing for the Liverpool City Region. He has an extensive background in Advanced Manufacturing and in delivering publicly funded manufacturing programmes into SME’s and larger organisations. He has strong relationship skills bringing together private and public sector organisations to deliver effective business and economic growth. He has a detailed knowledge of the LCR Advanced Manufacturing business landscape and the challenges it faces. He is actively supporting the LCR Advanced Manufacturing Cluster Board and the development of the Advanced Manufacturing Action Plan for the Region.
