Paula is the Chief Executive Officer of the North West Aerospace Alliance (NWAA), a role she has excelled in since early 2022. As CEO, Paula is at the helm of NWAA, steering the strategic direction and overall management of the organisation that represents over 200+ companies in the aerospace and advanced engineering manufacturing (AEM) sector supply chain across Northern England.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Paula brings a wealth of experience across multiple sectors, including aerospace, AEM, IT and communications, professional services, and sustainability. Before taking on her current role, she showcased her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen by founding and serving as the Managing Director of Business Information Group Ltd.
Under Paula's visionary leadership, NWAA has become a beacon of networking and collaboration. She has forged robust partnerships with major aerospace and industry giants such as SAFRAN, Airbus, MBDA, BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, and Siemens. Her commitment to the industry's future is evident through her work with these companies, ensuring that the NWAA remains at the forefront of innovation and industry advancement.
Paula is also dedicated to working closely with other regional alliances across the UK and leading bodies such as the Aerospace Growth Partnership (AGP), Aerospace Technology Institute (ATI), and the High Value Manufacturing Catapult (HVMC), alongside all the region’s universities. Her collaborative approach aims to ensure that British industry not only thrives but also remains competitive on the global stage.
